The Reformed Parish of Tămăşeni in partnership with the Reformed Parish Csengersima, Csengersima Local Government (Hungary) and Interaction 2050 Association Satu Mare
is implementing the HURO/1101/027/1.3.1 ECOSUNHOME project titled
„HOME OF YOUTH, NATURE AND AFFECTION”, financed by the
Hungary-Romania Cross-Border Co-operation Programme 2007-2013.
The project aims to establish the infrastructural background of the environmental education and to make environmental education accessible on a large scale, by the renovation and targeted extension of the existing and partly unused infrastructure of the Reformed Church.
The main implemented activities of the project are:
- Opening conference
- Investment works: development of a PresentingCenter, the rehabilitation of the wetland habitat and the development of a water educational path in Csengersima and the creation of an open-air school in Tarna Mare
- Organisation of joint youth camp and joint ecological training programmes for teachers: elaboration of bilingual educational materials and organisation of professional ecological training for teachers
- Elaboration of publications in Romanian, Hungarian and English, organisation of promotional marketing campaign on both sides of the border in order to present the services offered by the newly created establishments
- Final conference.
The project implementation period is: 01.10.2012-30.06.2014.
